* Peru’s national exporters’ association (Adex) has reported that Peruvian agricultural exports between January and September 2019 totalled US$4.76bn, a 9% increase on the same period last year. According to Adex, this is a “historical figure” for the period with last year’s exports for the same period only totalling US$4.37bn. Regarding the rate of expansion, however, Adex explains it trails behind last year’s 18% increase.
