MEXICO: López Obrador sees further setback over Insabi

On 4 February the Mexican government led by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that five of the country’s 32 states had refused to sign up to either its new public healthcare programme, the Instituto de Salud para el Bienestar (Insabi) or IMSS-Bienestar, a programme from Mexico’s social security institute (IMSS).
