In brief: Colombia’s unemployment up in February

* Colombia’s national unemployment rate reached 12.2% in February, up 0.4 percentage points on the same month in 2019, according to the latest figures from the national statistics institute (Dane). The Dane figures show that in 13 cities and metropolitan areas, the unemployment rate was 11.5%, 0.9 percentage points lower than the same month in 2019.
