Liz Cramer, have revealed that the government is considering reducing trade costs as part of its plan to reactivate the country’s economy. Following a meeting with President
Mario Abdo Benítez, López and Cramer attended a press conference in which they shared details of the plan, which they said will be published next week. López indicated that the plan will include, among other measures, a reduction in import and export costs, although nothing has yet been mentioned regarding the reopening of borders with Argentina and Brazil. Adding more detail, Cramer spoke of a reduction of tariffs on 78 products, and suggested a 30% reduction in national civil aviation authority (Dinac) taxes.
