BRAZIL: Facebook suspends accounts, citing ‘fake news’ investigations

On 8 July, Facebook announced that it had suspended a total of 88 pages and accounts in Brazil, found to be involved in “coordinated inauthentic behaviour”, and traced back to employees of politicians who support President Jair Bolsonaro, including his sons.
