GUATEMALA: AG calls for judges to be investigated over high-profile case
On 16 July Guatemala’s attorney general’s office (AG) called for 13 members of the judiciary (11 appellate magistrates and two judges) to be stripped of their immunity from prosecution and investigated for influence trafficking, violating the constitution, and illicit association.
