BRAZIL: Another PSDB member accused of corruption
On 23 July, the São Paulo state public prosecutor’s office (MP-SP) formally charged Geraldo Alckmin, a former São Paulo state governor (2001-2006; 2011-2018) and former presidential candidate for Brazil’s centre-right Partido da Social Democracia Brasileira (PSDB), with corruption and money laundering.
