Nicaragua’s leading private sector lobby, Consejo Superior de la Empresa Privada (Cosep), has announced its withdrawal as an institution from Alianza Cívica por la Justicia y la Democracia (ACJD), part of the opposition Coalición Nacional (CN) which is seeking to challenge President Daniel Ortega and the ruling Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional (FSLN) in elections next year.
