VENEZUELA: Lima Group rejects legislative election
On 13 October, the Lima Group of Western Hemisphere countries issued a statement rejecting the legitimacy of Venezuela’s upcoming legislative elections, and requesting that the recent United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) report on human rights abuses in Venezuela be referred to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
