MEXICO: López Obrador defends energy policy
On 24 October Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said he would not make changes to his energy policy and would continue to “rescue” state-owned oil company Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and state-owned electricity firm Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).
