BRAZIL: TSE cracks down on pro-Bolsonaro fake news
On 18 October, the inspector-general of Brazil’s top electoral court (TSE), Benedito Gonçalves, issued an order asking YouTube to suspend payments to four online channels aligned with President Jair Bolsonaro (Partido Liberal, PL) that are allegedly disseminating fake news: Brasil Paralelo, Dr. News, Foco do Brasil, and Folha Política.
