*Argentina’s energy ministry has announced a two-year extension to off-shore oil exploration contracts authorised to UK-headquartered multinational oil firm Tullow, Argentina’s Pluspetrol and Germany’s Wintershall in two areas in the Malvinas Oeste’ fields in Argentina’s South Atlantic territorial waters.
