MEXICO: FGR announces arrest warrants against García Luna
On 19 July Mexico’s federal attorney general’s office (FGR) announced that it had three active arrest warrants against Genaro García Luna, Mexico’s former public security minister (2006-2012) who was convicted in the US on bribery charges in February.
