New ministers in Costa Rica. On 5 June President Laura Chinchilla swore in a new minister of public works & transport (MOPT), Luis Llach Cordero, and a new minister of justice, Fernando Ferraro. Both men had been acting as interim ministers in replacement of Francisco Jiménez and Hernando París, who
