GUATEMALA | Pérez Molina makes cabinet changes. President Otto Pérez Molina this week announced he was replacing his foreign and agriculture ministers, Harold Caballeros and Efraín Medina. Both are from the opposition Visión con Valores (Viva). They received their posts in exchange for Viva’s support for Pérez Molina in the November 2011 presidential run-off election.
