Bolivia’s Morales ‘kidnapped’ by imperialism

Development: On 2 July the presidential plane carrying Bolivia’s leader Evo Morales from Moscow, Russia, where he had been attending a gas summit, was diverted to Austria after France and Portugal refused it authorisation to land to refuel, officially for ‘technical’ reasons but apparently on the suspicion that the fugitive US whistleblower, Edward J. Snowden, was on board.
