ECONOMY: Morales confirms nuclear intentions
President Evo Morales has confirmed that with the help of Argentina, his Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) government is working on the development of nuclear energy for “peaceful purposes, for medical purposes”. Morales is trumpeting the move as part of his government’s efforts to diversify energy production, as per the long-term 2025 national plan.
