Development: On 25 May ‘Pablo Catatumbo’ (Jorge Torres Victoria), a member of the peace negotiating team of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) guerrillas that is currently holding talks in Cuba with the Colombian government, called on both sides not to “jettison” all that they have achieved in almost three years of talks by once again intensifying the long running internal armed conflict.
