DR’s congress lifts ban on consecutive presidential re-election

Development: On 2 June the Dominican Republic (DR)’s national chamber of deputies gave final approval to a constitutional reform bill that reintroduces consecutive presidential re-election, which had been banned in the 2010 constitution.
