POLITICS & FOREIGN RELATIONS: Maduro in hot water over maritime decree

Colombia's foreign ministry has sent a letter of protest to Venezuela over a recent presidential decree expanding Venezuela’s maritime boundaries over areas long disputed with its neigbours. The decree, aimed at Guyana, has upset Colombia too, something the Venezuelan government, focused on Guyana, apparently failed to foresee.
