First shallow water round disappoints
On 15 July Mexico’s oil industry regulator, Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH), awarded only two out of 14 shallow water oil and gas exploration blocks offered in the first phase of the country’s ‘Round 1’ of oil concession licensing.
