COLOMBIA: Two big steps towards peace, two to go

The hope that a bilateral ceasefire could come into effect on 16 December [SSR-15-10] was not fulfilled. Agreement on this item was reached on 13 December, as well as on the related and equally thorny issue of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace.
