Senate report offers glimmer of hope for Rousseff in Brazil

Development: On 27 June a technical report submitted to Brazil’s federal senate, drafted by accounting specialists, found no direct evidence that suspended president Dilma Rousseff was involved in the so-called ‘pedaladas fiscais’ (‘peddle-pushing’) fiscal measures that form the basis of the impeachment case presented against her.
