MEXICO: Outgoing governors seek anti-corruption shield

The federal government led by President Enrique Peña Nieto has acted quickly to block moves by outgoing state governors from the ruling Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) to protect themselves from prosecution on corruption charges.
