Brazil’s former justice minister, Eduardo Cardozo, has slammed the author of a report by the federal senate’s impeachment committee for allowing himself to be motivated by “political passions” in writing it up. The report found sufficient grounds for the impeachment trial against the suspended president Dilma Rousseff to go ahead.
