CUBA: Migrant issue continues to fester

A year after the US and Cuba formally re-established diplomatic relations, the number of Cubans seeking entry to the US continues to rise. There is growing pressure on the US from Latin American governments, led by Mexico, to reform its special migration policy for Cuba, which offers all Cubans admitted into the US permanent residency after 12 months.
