Mexico’s Peña Nieto suspends dialogue with CNTE

Development: On 22 August Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto announced the suspension of his government’s dialogue with the Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación (CNTE) teachers’ union over the 2012-2013 education reform until the CNTE ends its long-running strikes and all of its members return to work.
