REGION: Could SIDS shake up Caribbean finances?
The Fourth International Conference of Small Island Developing States (known as SIDS4) was held in Antigua & Barbuda on 26-30 May. At one level it confirmed much of what is already known about the plight of small islands in the Caribbean and elsewhere. But it also voiced ideas that could cause some big future changes in their economies.
