COLOMBIA: Petro submits a second tax reform package
Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro submitted to congress the second tax reform package of his presidency on 10 September. This time the aim is to close a Col$12tn (US$2.8bn) hole in the 2025 budget, while trying to avoid any cuts in social spending.
