Tabaré Vázquez, candidate of the left-of-centre Encuentro Progresista-Frente Amplio (EPFA), clearly unfazed by the criticism at home [WR-04-18], has taken his electoral campaign across the river to Buenos Aires, not only meeting business leaders and politicians but also wooing the expatriate vote.
