MEXICO: Volaris-Viva Aerobus merger moves ahead
On 25 March shareholders in Mexican budget airline Volaris approved a proposed merger with competitor Viva Aerobus, a deal which has raised concerns about monopoly power and its potential effects in raising ticket prices.
