On 11 June Argentina’s beleaguered cabinet chief, Manuel Adorni, presented a rectified declaration of assets to the anti-corruption office (Oficina Anticorrupción) after admitting that he had kept some US$500,000 in off-the-books savings earned in the private sector before entering public office in 2023.
