MEXICO | Vehicle sales up, exports and production down. Mexico’s national statistics institute (Inegi) reported on 10 August that exports and production of light vehicles decreased year-on-year in July, while sales increased. Exports declined by 9.7% year-on-year, with 261,534 units exported, while production fell 2.2%, with 302,673 units produced.
