MEXICO: Digital economy law aims to end love affair with cash
On 6 October Mexico’s lower chamber of congress approved a digital economy bill submitted by President Claudia Sheinbaum as part of efforts to drive the adoption of digital payments in a bid to boost tax collection and labour formalisation.
