DOMINICAN REPUBLIC/HAITI: Abinader seeks to reassure on security
On 26 October the Dominican Republic’s President Luis Abinader said that security at the border with Haiti was at its “best level”, and the government “would not permit the presence of Haitian criminal gangs within 20km of national territory”.
