PARAGUAY: Paraguay struggles to cover arrears
In agreement with incoming President-elect Nicanor Duarte, the outgoing government has asked congress to approve a US$100m bond issue to cover debt-servicing arrears plus the local counterpart of loans already granted by multilateral lenders but still undisbursed.
