PANAMA: Counting on the canal
The Panama Canal is budgeting on revenues of over US$21.bn in 2009. This is 3.8% up on the 2008 forecast. The financial year for the Panama Canal Authority (ACP, in Spanish) runs from 1 October to 30 September.
