NICARAGUA: Textiles recover
Textile exports in January 2010 were 7% higher in cash terms than in January 2009. The industry was pleased with the result and is bullish about its prospects for 2010. Some manufacturers pointed out that exports were still 16% down in cash terms on what they shipped in January 2008.
