Mantega made this forecast at the launch ceremony for the second phase of the government's Growth Acceleration Program (PAC 2), a huge infrastructure plan which involves investments of R$958.9bn (US$534.2bn) between 2011 and 2014, followed by another R$632bn (US$352bn) post 2014.
