BRAZIL: Palocci sees recovery underway
The Brazilian press is starting to report that companies are becoming more optimistic. Antônio Palocci, the finance minister, said that he too was seeing signs of a pick-up. He was speaking after a brief meeting with the Nobel prize winner and former World Bank chief economist, Joseph Stiglitz.
