BRAZIL: Government retains nuclear submarine programme
The science and technology minister, Roberto Amaral, has emphasised that the government is determined to push on with its plans to develop a nuclear-powered submarine. Amaral was addressing a seminar on nuclear technology, sovereignty and development held by the lower chamber.
