ECUADOR: Slow start to oil bidding process
The state-owned oil company Petroecuador did not receive any offers on the second day of the bidding process for concessions to operate in the oil fields of Shushufindi, Auca, Lago Agrio and Yuca-Culebra-Yulebra, which currently produce 90,000 bpd.
