VENEZUELA: Opposition claims government welcomed 11,530 Cuban mercenaries
The opposition to President Hugo Chávez claimed that the government allowed 11,530 Cubans into the country in September and October. The opposition claims that these Cubans were admitted to help to train a pro-Chávez militia.
