VENEZUELA: Opposition threatens not to submit petitions
The opposition to President Hugo Chávez is beginning to look as though it has something to hide. Yesterday Antonio Ledezma, one of the leaders of the opposition Coordinadora Democrática coalition, said that it would not submit its petitions to any subcommittee of the Consejo Nacional Electoral which had a majority of supporters of the President on it.
