The political crisis gripping the country took another turn yesterday when congress voted to move from La Paz to another location, probably Sucre, should it become necessary. This is in response to the fears of congressmen that extraparliamentary groups are preparing to storm congress. There was supposed to have been a plot to storm congress last week.
