Four months after the launch of the 'México Seguro' anti-crime campaign, a new federal public security minister has announced a fresh, 10-point plan - not so much to replace 'México Seguro' as to enhance it (even though many of its features will sound familiar to Mexicans who have seen several such initiatives come and go over recent years).
