The Coordinadora Democrática (CD), the increasingly loose association of opposition groups, indicated that it will give its final response to the Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) tomorrow. The two sides are trying to find a compromise under which the opposition may have a chance of getting to the 2.4 valid signatures needed to trigger a referendum on President Hugo Chávez .
