MEXICO: Court stops Arellano Felix extradition
A Mexican judge issued an injunction yesterday which halts the extradition of Francisco Rafael Arellano Félix to the US. The Arellano Félix brothers run the much-feared Cartel de Tijuana. A court in California had asked for Arellano Félix to be extradited in February for skipping bail and fleeing to Mexico in 1980.
