ARGENTINA: Bielsa attacks Noriega over piqueteros
Development: Argentina reacted angrily to comments from the US registering concern at the current unrest in the country caused by the piquetero movement. Foreign minister Rafael Bielsa declared on 29 June that he was 'fed up with [the US] intervention in the domestic affairs of our country', and he questioned whether an Argentine official had the right to criticise the 'barbarity' of US prisons in Guantánamo and Iraq.
