HONDURAS: Cardinal speaks out on drugs
Development: The cardinal archbishop of Tegucigalpa, Oscar Andrés Rodríguez Maradiaga, has spoken out against the increase in drug-trafficking and related crime in Honduras. On 4 August Rodríguez demanded that the government take measures to address the problem, which, he said, was the biggest threat to peace in the whole of Latin America.
